As a result of the increasing output of presses, manual stacking of parts becomes more and more difficult. Therefore, the use of an automatic stacker on the discharge end of the press is recommended.
They take the parts in a defined manner from the press and automatically form straight stacks.
GPA-Jakob stacking systems APS are based on a modular concept. This makes possible an exact adaptation to the blanks as well as to the press.
In combination with suitable conveying systems a fully automatic and safe parts stacking is possible, without any need to interrupt the production when changing the magazines.
