…Fully-programmable Electronic Transfer for Forging

The Feedmaxx has been designed especially for solid-stock forming. It can be used for cold,
semi hot and hot forging for part temperatures of up to 1.200°C. Weights of more than 500 kg are moved angle-synchronously to the press.

• For the Feedmaxx to stand rough conditions in forging shops, the grip-lift-units are sealed hermetically to prevent the ingress of cooling water, lubricants, carbon black, and scale.
• Asymmetric gripping and lifting is standard
• Patented gripper carriers with integrated parts control
• Consequent lubrication of all components by a centralized grease lubrication system.

This system is highly flexible. Therefore, it is profitable also with smaller lot sizes.
